Color Wax
With our Color Wax, flowers, blossoms and plant parts retain their shape for a long time and can also be colored. The fresh or dry flowers simply need to be dipped in the Color Wax to preserve them. The dipping wax forms a wafer-thin layer around the plant parts. This also allows silk and dried flowers to be creatively designed.
Application description
To apply the Color Wax, we recommend heating the wax to liquefy it and briefly dipping the fresh or dried flowers to be treated into the wax. The temperature of the wax determines the thickness of the layer on the flower - the warmer the wax, the more fluid and thinner the layer. The processing temperature should be between 60° C and 80° C. The flowers should then be dipped in cold water immediately afterwards to achieve a glossy surface. The designed flowers are now simply hung up or laid down to cool.
